I am a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator and breastfeeding counselor.
I offer birth and postpartum doula support, childbirth preparation classes, and breast/chestfeeding preparation classes and support to families in the Greater St. Louis Area. I also offer fertility support and support for families considering adoption. In addition, I offer birth art therapy and hope to add placental encapsulation to my services soon.

My mission is to provide evidence-based perinatal doula support to families in the Greater St. Louis Area through education and preparation.
Vision
Vision
My vision is for all families to have access to wrap-around perinatal support regardless of economic status. For this reason, I offer payment plans for families requiring flexibility on payment and reduced rates for single-parent and/or low-income households.
Any family that wants a doula should have a doula.
